1. Eligibility for Refunds
We strive to provide a seamless digital purchasing experience. However, due to the nature of digital products, refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
- The activation key has not been used or redeemed.
- A refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following cases are not eligible for refunds:
- Activated, used, or redeemed keys.
- Incorrect purchases or compatibility issues (please verify system requirements before purchase).
- Digital keys purchased during special promotions or discounts.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at ask@technodynamite.com with order details.
- Our team will verify the request and check if the key has been activated.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Transaction fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

- Contact us for assistance.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before the key is delivered. Once issued, cancellations are not possible.
